Using Cloth most or part of the time

If you decide to use cloth diapers, you’re not committing yourself to NEVER using a disposable, EVER. You’re not!

It’s certainly not difficult to use cloth diapers in the vast majority of situations, but for some people, the thought of using cloth while out running errands, while on vacation, or with a baby-sitter is just too overwhelming. If that’s you – don’t sweat it! Use cloth when you want to, and use the disposables the other times.

Really, it’s OK.

I’ve been hearing from some in the cloth diaper world about Not Telling People They Can Use Disposables Some Of The Time. Like we’re afraid that if we let people know that it’s not all or nothing, they might *gasp* buy fewer diapers or something. I’m not honestly sure what the fear is there, actually.

So, let me be sure to tell everyone – you CAN use cloth part time. And it’s OK. You’ll get no judgment from me. Kudos to you for using cloth at all…
