After finishing up the week’s Made to Orders, I’ve made good progress on finishing up those pocket diapers I promised for earlier in the week. It’s looking like I should be able to get them done either Monday or Tuesday, and listed by the time I go to bed Tuesday, if not earlier. A lot depends on Miss Genna and how grumpy she is on Monday! I’ll be sure to post here, as well as on Facebook and Twitter, when I get them up!!

In other news, the babywearing sale is going well, and I have not yet placed my Wrapsody order (seems I forgot to!!), so if you thought you might want me to order any particular pattern for you, it’s not too late. Let me know by Monday!

Alright, I’ve just listed some knit jersey wraps, Wallypop brand. I’ve received so many requests over the years for these, and finally found some jersey that was just what I wanted. It’s lightweight, and stretches ONLY along the width.

The wraps are serged along the edges, and most are in 5 yard lengths. This fabric is much lighter weight than the Wrapsody carriers I have.  I have worn both kids (Genna from newborn through now 4 months and Wally age 4, over 50 lbs) in mine and have been quite comfortable. They’re just not quite jammies comfortable like the Wrapsody.

I’m back! I’m having a sale! I’ve restocked!

1) Back and processing orders starting on Monday. I anticipate about a 2 week turnaround for most orders, and orders placed starting Monday will ship as close as possible to my normal ship times.

2) August 4-5 is Iowa’s Sales Tax Holiday. No sales tax on diapers or inserts for Iowans. 10% off these items for everyone. I might throw in a free shipping deal on larger orders, too, we’ll see.

3) Restocking. Pocket diapers. AIOs. Wet Bags. Changing Pads.  Grocery Bags should be listed by end of next week. Ring slings are next on the docket.

Lots going on this week at Wallypop!

First, we restocked the fleece wraps, and there are now a dozen in each size just waiting to be sold. Get ‘em while they’re hot! Currently available in lightweight pink, lightweight blue stripe, heavyweight gray, heavyweight blue, and heavyweight pea lime.

Next, we’ve added a few new products.

Namie’s Knitteds are hand-knit wool covers, knitted by Wally’s Namie (my mom). We’re all so excited to bring you these covers. Namie’s Knitteds are currently available in three styles: Longies, Shorts, and Soakers. The shorts are my personal favorite – so adorable! These covers are on sale through the end of this month, so this is a great time to give them a try!

Wallypop Toilet Wipes are a great toilet paper alternative. Washable, reusable wipes are not only more economical and better for the environment than paper toilet paper, but they’re also softer, gentler on delicate skin, and easier to use wet. A favorite of our family for years, the basic wipe is flannel on one side and soft stretch knit terrycloth on the other side.
