My machine will be in the shop all week, so I’m focusing on other shop-related activities this week. First up? Finishing up this quilt’s bigger sister:
I need to cut the backing, and pin it together, then set it aside until the machine gets back!
I spent the better part of yesterday cleaning and organizing in my office, but I have one shelf that I forgot about, that REALLY needs to be cleaned off.
THEN I’ll be cutting, cutting, cutting. Small pockets and AIOs, Large pockets, more hobo bags and purses for March’s Craft Saturday, a few new products for me (that are secret at this time), napkins and gift bags, and hopefully large wet bags and changing pads, too. (Just waiting for some of the white PUL I ordered to get here.)
I’m also restocking some of my basic supplies this week. Sherpa, thread, elastic. New Touchtape came last week and I’ve ordered more shipping supplies. Fun stuff like that. I’ll also be ordering more prefolds (and restocking the unbleached ones!) this week, from my new supplier. (I’ve just switched to Green Earth, and am very pleased with their product.)
Made to Order orders should still go out on time, I typically say 2-3 weeks, so even being unable to sew this week…I should still be able to finish orders within that time frame. Instock orders, of course, go out within 3 days.
